Can I amend my client's renewal date?

eTrade policies are set to run for 12 months, and therefore the end term dates can't be amended.

Can't login to the Extranet?

If you know your Username, but have forgotten your password, you can use the password reset option. Enter your Username details (note, this is not your email address) and click 'Forgotten your password' on the log on page.

If you've forgotten your Username, you can click 'Forgotten your User ID'. Enter your email address and if our records match, your Username will be emailed to you.
